Hello, I’m Kerby Stivene. I’m a leadership coach, speaker, and pastor who helps leaders move from vision to execution with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My Journey to Leadership
My journey into leadership coaching didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began in community.
​
I was raised in an environment where leadership was less about titles and more about responsibility, showing up for others, and living out values when no one was watching. Those early lessons shaped how I view leadership today not as a position to hold, but as a calling to serve, guide, and build.
​
Over the past two decades, my work in pastoral and organizational leadership has placed me alongside people at some of the most defining moments of their lives and careers. I’ve walked with emerging leaders finding their voice, entrepreneurs building something from the ground up, and teams navigating growth, conflict, and change. In each of those spaces, one truth became clear: most leadership challenges are not about ability, they are about clarity, alignment, and execution.

That realization led me to formally step into leadership coaching and development. Becoming a certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer with the John Maxwell Leadership Team gave me a strong leadership framework, but it was the real-world experience of leading in churches, businesses, and community organizations that shaped my practical, grounded approach.

Today, as the Lead Pastor at Bethel Pentecostal Church in Sundridge and a leadership partner to organizations across Northern Ontario and beyond, I bridge faith-based values with real-world leadership strategy. My work focuses on helping leaders move from vision to execution through intentional, purpose-driven leadership.

At the core of everything I do are three pillars: Intentionality, Consistency, and Resilience. These principles guide how I coach, how I speak, and how I lead. I believe lasting impact is not built in moments of inspiration alone, but in the daily disciplines and decisions that shape culture, character, and results over time.

My mission is simple: to walk alongside leaders and organizations as they gain clarity, strengthen alignment, and lead with confidence and purpose in every environment they serve.
